Classically Delicous Brownies

Cook Time: 20 mins
Serves: 3–5 


160 grams Dark Chocolate (66% or higher)\
1 cupSoft butter 
2 cupsCaster sugar 
4 eggsEggs 
1 cupWheat flour 
1 tspBaking powder 
¼ cup Chopped pecans 


  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a sauce pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  • Gently fold mixture 2 into mixture 1.
  • Mix together baking powder and flour, then add into mixture. Finish by adding chopped pecans.
  • Place mixture into a baking container and place in oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. The tops should look shiny and a little bit crackled.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before serving.
