Due to high demand and shipping times, your order may be delayed.  We are working hard to prepare your order as quickly and safely as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.

We ship to United States & Canada. We process all in stock orders during regular business hours (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. We will make our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner however delays do occasionally occur beyond the control of Zestspot.

Free Shipping No Minimum Purchase From November 1, 2021 to December 19, 2021. Canada only, regular shipping applies. (With the exception of Nunavut, NWT & Yukon)

$9 Flat rate for orders under $75 (Applicable US & Canada only) *Some remote locations may require additional shipping charges. Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all surplus fees (taxes, duties, customs charges).

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Currently we are not shipping any orders outside United States & Canada.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with zip/postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please contact our support team within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order for any reason. If you have already submitted your order, it may be too late to cancel. However, once you receive it, you can return the order, and you will be responsible for any delivery costs related to that order.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR SHORT SHIPMENTS

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to our support team immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or file a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods exactly as they were delivered before filing a claim.
